We are currently working on the following developments:

A pair of apartment blocks in the North Norfolk town of Fakenham providing 1 and 2 bedroom properties at very reasonable prices.


The redevelopment of existing warehouse/factory premises near St Giles Street, just minutes from Norwich market place and city hall, providing 23 properties from 1 bedroom apartments to 3/4 bedroom townhouses with secure gated parking. Features will include large balconies, roof gardens, studio spaces with northern roof lights, extensive room sizes and storage space. The town houses are completed and sold. The first phase of 4, one bedroom apartments are now also sold. Work on the second phase of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments has now started with completions anticipated in the second half of 2010.


A select development of eight 3 bedroom bungalows in an established residential area of Attleborough with good local facilities. Construction works are due to commence later in 2010.


A brown field site in Norfolk's capital city Norwich, which forms part of the urban re-generation, close to the river in the North Western Quadrant and comprising of three and four storey town houses, and apartments.
